Weekly group runs

Tuesday - 6 miles from the store at 6pm (7-11 min pace)

Thursday - 3.5 miles from the store at 6pm (10+ min pace)

Sunday - 2-3 hours at Cougar Mountain (Redtown Trailhead - pace varies)
