Jump Start may be just what you're looking for! With a combination of body care, breathing, and shakeout run, you can recover from a hard week or just find a great way to treat yourself physically before the weekend starts!
Who is this geared towards:
  • The everyday runner
  • The occasional runner
  • The beginning runner 
  • The stressed out worker needing a healthful escape

Caroline will lead the group every other Friday at 6:30 am. Bring a yoga mat with you.
