The purpose of Good Form Running is to teach runners techniques that will help them run faster, run easier and run injury-free. This free hour long clinic will include a two mile run with Brian, where you can practice what you just learned. Meet at the store at 9am, and we'll head over to Cal Anderson park for the clinic.
