Alright, you win! We're finally offering a 50k training program. After several years of beating around the bush, we've decided to offer this 16 week program geared toward getting you to the finish line of your first, or fifteenth, 50k.
We'll be meeting Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm at Fleet Feet for our workouts. Saturdays at 8:00 am will be split between long runs in the city and long runs out of town. The timing of this program coincides with the Chuckanut 50k. Race entry is not included. Practices start December 1, 2018 and run through the week of March 16, 2019.
All participants should plan on driving or carpooling, up to 45 minutes from the city.
