Full Marathon

You can do 26.2! The Full Marathon Training Program is a 16 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, a technical t-shirt, and prizes throughout the season. You don’t have to do a 20 mile training run alone -Fleet Feet Sports is here for you! Pace groups, speedwork, and full 16 week training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 9 miles to finish their first marathon or improve over previous performances. This program is offered annually to prepare runners for the June Seattle Rock 'n Roll Marathon.
NEXT TRAINING PROGRAM, SPRING 2013:
Our next full marathon program begins March 6, 2013 and is designed to get you in shape to run the Seattle Rock 'n' Roll Marathon on June 22, 2013. Practices will take place Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am. Sponsored by Brooks, this comprehensive 16 week program costs $150. Program orientation will take place on Wednesday, February 27 at 7:15 pm at the store.
